On October 10th, 2018, at the VIP Hall of Phuong Dong General Hospital under Infrastructure Investment and Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (Intracom), the signing ceremony of investment cooperation contract between Infrastructure Investment and Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (Intracom) and CDTS One member Company Limited .

The signing ceremony is attended by the Chairman of the BOD – General Director of Infrastructure Investment and Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (Intracom), Nguyen Thanh Viet, the leaders and employees of Intracom; representatives of CDTS Company Limited, CEO Do Thi My Dieu; TVHub’s representative, Ms. Le Hanh – TVHub’s CEO, Shark Tank Vietnam Production Director; Mr. Nguyen Nam – General Director of Shark Tank program; In addition, there is also the presence of Shark Pham Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman of Cen Group, JSC and many guests and participants.

CDTS One Member Company Limited was founded in 2012 by Ms. Do Thi My Dieu, specializing in providing high-class labor protective clothes products under closed lines. At the Shark Tank Vietnam Program Season 2, the watchers were impressed by an energetic girl, My Dieu. After the fiery negotiation at the program, My Dieu received VND 5 billion for 36% of the shares from Shark Nguyen Thanh Viet.

After completing a 3-month detailed appraisal process, Shark Nguyen Thanh Viet – Intracom’s chairman decided to invest in CDTS. This is the first successful deal of Shark Tank Vietnam Season 2, when the Start-up actually receives money from the Shark. It is reported that many other deals of the program are still in the process of special evaluation.

At the ceremony, the Chairman, Nguyen Thanh Viet and Ms. Do Thi My Dieu signs an investment contract under the witness and congratulations of representatives of 2 companies, representative of Shark Tank program, press and many event participants.

The Chairman Nguyen Thanh Viet said that My Dieu was a very enthusiastic and passionate person in her work, and he realized that the demand of the labor protection market had increased dramatically after the episode 6 of Shark Tank program – Season 2 was aired, so he decided to invest in CDTS twice as much as the amount initially agreed on television.

Representing CDTS, CEO Do Thi My Dieu expressed: “CDTS hopes that with Shark Tank’s fortune, the sincerity and dedication of Shark Viet – Chairman of Intracom, the company will achieve 100% business plan presented in the DD meeting. With the desire to bring Vietnamese products to the global marker, CDTS hopes to soon have representative offices in other countries in the future”.

Also at the signing ceremony, Ms. Le Hanh, Shark Tank Vietnam Production Director also shared: “When I am informed of the DD result, I am very surprised because of the quick working speed of both parties. That proves when a startup has a clear business plan and shows potential market opportunities, the DD process can take place quickly and smoothly.”

Also at the program, young people with passion and desire to start a business have chances to listen to very practical and useful sharing from “Elderly sharks”, the chairman of Intracom, Nguyen Thanh Viet.

At the end of the program, the audiences registering to participating in the program receive interesting gifts from the organizers.
