Recently, Shark Nguyen Thanh Viet, the Chairman of the BOD cum General Director of Intracom Group and the delegation attends the event “Welcoming New Students and Career Orientation Exchange 2018” of the Faculty of Office Administration at Hanoi University of Home Affairs.

Attending the program, the delegation is warmly welcomed by Dr. Le Thanh Huyen – Vice-Rector of the university, Head of Library Information Subject, Master Nguyen Manh Cuong, Dean of Faculty of Office Administration and all teachers and more than 200 new students of the faculty.

Dean – Ma. Nguyen Manh Cuong states that the close cooperation between the university and Intracom for many years has contributed to motivating students to strive to learn better. Many of the university’s graduates having practiced and worked at Intracom Group are also present at the event, which clearly shows the coordination and support from Intracom to the university and the Faculty of Office Administration.

The event is very exciting with the performances of arts, dance, singing, lion dance, etc., expressing confidence and solidarity and extremely impressive enthusiasm of the students of Faculty of Office Administration in particular and students of Hanoi University of Home Affairs in general.

The lecturers of the Faculty of Office Administration welcome new students.

In addition to welcoming new students, the meeting also has extremely important purpose of giving inspiration and orienting career for students who are studying in Faculty of Office Administration at the university by the sponsors and companion units of the university and faculty.

Despite being very busy, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet still spends time exchanging directly with new students. He stresses that it is important to listen to what students need, want and wish to answer but not lessons actively shared by him.

Given the importance of the office administration to enterprises, if students pay attention to the application of 4.0 technology and build models of online office management, digital signatures, etc., for practical application, it is sure that students of the Faculty of Office Administration at the Hanoi University of Home Affairs will be potential candidates of the society in the new era.

For the way of facing difficulties, he gives his point of view that students should feel lucky to face difficulties because such difficulties will help them know whether their goals and dreams is consistent or not. Overcoming difficulties will confirm their choices and determination, not just setting superficial goals and when difficulties appear, they give up them. In order to do that, he advises new students to accumulate knowledge and experience not only in their own major but in other majors, and reasonable allocation of time for learning, entertainment and practical experiences is the key to achieve the good preparations for graduation after 4 years of study.

The program ends after the representatives of Intracom Group and some other units awards many valuable scholarships to new students who achieve high achievements in examination and study.
