The project was started in October 2013. Up to now, the project has completed 70% of the total construction volume; some other parts such as the construction road on the right side of the project in Cho village, Cam Binh commune have not completed the site clearance (land acquisition); The reservoir area (400ha) the project has completed the site clearance, but the site clearance has not yet been implemented.

Assigning the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over fights with Thanh Hoa Electricity Company and related units to prepare necessary conditions for the electricity connection of the national grid-connected project at the end of 2016.
