After submitting Personal Information (CV) or Job Profile to Intracom according to the prescribed form. Candidates note that the recruitment process at Intracom will go through the following steps.
Preliminary interview
After receiving and selecting candidate profiles, Intracom will call and send interview invitations to qualified candidates. Candidates note to confirm yes/no to attend the interview via email.
The interview round is an opportunity for Intracom and employees to meet, redefine the information in the profile, find out the recruitment needs. Qualified candidates will be invited for further interview in the selection round.
Selection Interview
This interview round aims to evaluate candidates in many aspects such as qualifications, job receptivity, information about personality, personal qualities…
If employees have questions and the Company and the work will be answered directly and specifically by the Intracom representative.
Candidates selected for trial will be discussed by Intracom about salary and benefits.
Apprenticeship probation
After passing the selection round, the candidates must go through a probationary period. At Intracom, the candidate’s probationary period lasts 2 months, the candidate is entitled to 85% of the official salary. This is an opportunity for candidates to have practical contact with the job, demonstrate their abilities and qualifications.
Hiring decisions
After the probationary period, based on the job quality assessment from the candidate’s direct manager, Intracom will make the final decision to select the most suitable candidates for the job.
After deciding on recruitment, Intracom will sign contracts with employees and ensure the salary, benefits, training and development regimes for employees.
