Intracom Group

Nam Trung Yen resettlement area is a key project to serve the needs of Hanoi’s land clearance and migration to develop urban infrastructure. The project is constructed by Infrastructure Investment and Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (Intracom).

According to the planning, the project is invested more than VND 1,600 billion on an area of 56.4 ha. The apartments at the project meet the design and construction criteria when each apartment has 2-3 bedrooms, reasonable area, modern and ventilated layout with full of light.

Nam Trung Yen resettlement area will meet the housing needs for about 22,500 people, with full electricity and water systems, schools, commercial areas, green campus, parking lots, etc., to ensure living conditions and quality of a modern urban area.
