You Can is a contest to seek human resources, organized and conducted by the Life Skills Club under the direct guidance of the Youth Union – Student Association of the AOF. The contest is organized with the desire to create a realistic playground and environment for students in Hanoi. After 7 successful seasons, You Can 2018 is organized professionally and dramatically with impressive breakthroughs from contents to organization scale with the participation of 12 contestants on the Final night.

Attending the contest, there is the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thach – Head of Political and Student Affairs; Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung – Head of Training Management and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Hai – Vice Head of Economics Department, all representing the AOF and members of the Youth Union and students of the AOF.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet shares some meaningful words to the organizers of the contest, the contestants in particular and all the students in general: “We all have the capabilities and the skills that others do not have and if you don’t know your capabilities, find it yourself”. At the same time, he gives very honest and objective remarks for the contestants in each section.

Undergoing 4 dramatic and impressive rounds, the contestants have shown their talent, confidence and creativity, giving the audience extremely interesting moments. You Can 2018 ends with the champion of Bui Manh Hung (student at National Economics University); Runner-up is Nguyen Hong Nhung (student at Foreign Trade University); the third prize is awarded to Pham Nguyen Thu Thao (student at AOF). The three best candidates and the remaining 9 contestants of the final round, in addition to receiving attractive prizes, have the opportunity to practice at Intracom company.

You Can 2018 is an opportunity for students across Hanoi to show their talents and create impression with the employers like Intracom. Besides, this is an important milestone marking the cooperation and connection between the AOF and Infrastructure Investment and Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company.
