Accordingly, Global Insurance Joint Stock Company will be responsible for damages arising in the process of building the Project according to the rules and conditions agreed by the parties.

Ta Loi 3 project is located in 2 communes of Muong Hum and Trung Lieng Ho, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province. The project is built on Ta Loi river, creating a system closely linked with Ta Loi 1 and Ta Loi 2 hydropower projects. The project has a capacity of 7.5 MW. As expected, when put into operation, Ta Loi 3 Hydropower Plant will provide an annual average power output of 30,204 million kWh, serving the electricity demand of people in Lao Cai province in particular and the provinces in the region. Northern mountains in general.

Currently investors and construction parties are actively speeding up the construction progress of Ta Loi 3 hydropower plant, ensuring the completion of the project in 2011 according to the proposed schedule.

Once completed, Ta Loi 3 Hydropower Project will provide a large amount of electricity for the national grid. At the same time, it contributes to sustainable development in the Northwest.
