Along with the trend of integration economy, Intracom will implement the program to improve the quality of operation management, production management and quality management according to ISO 9001: 2008 standards.

On May 10, 2010, Intracom cooperated with the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, organized the first training course for all employees of the company about the application and operation of ISO 9001 quality management system. The consultant of the General Department of Quality Measurement also advised Intracom to build an ISO system in accordance with the actual situation and ensure the prescribed standards such as leadership responsibility, resource management, production process, measurement analysis to provide products that meet and satisfy customers’ needs.

Accordingly, Intracom carried out the preparation steps to submit the dossier to the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality to grant the certificate and put into operation the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 at the beginning of the third quarter of 2010.
