At Intracom, each process has a clear form, employees of the company can easily make advance, refund and payment. However, with the size of the company expanding, training sessions are extremely necessary for all employees to update their knowledge and also an opportunity to guide in detail the steps to implement the advance payment process and payments to new employees; answer the difficulties still encountered when performing the operations and procedures.

Attending the training session were Ms. Pham Thanh Huyen and Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc, Deputy General Director representing the Board of Directors of the Company and employees of the office departments. In which, the Finance and Accounting Department coordinated with the company’s office to preside over the training. The content of the training session is divided into two parts. Part one updates and guides the process of performing steps in the refund, advance and payment procedures. The second part is the answer to the problems and difficulties encountered during the implementation of the procedures.

At the beginning of the training session, the representative of the Finance and Accounting Department provided information and detailed instructions on operations and procedures for advance and payment at the company. Determining Intracom Group as a multi-industry corporation, each field will have problems directly related to records and papers, the Finance and Accounting Department and the Corporate Office encourage employees to actively pose problems, difficulties and problems encountered related to the specificity of the field of operation that the departments are in charge of to jointly remove and find a solution.

Many questions from the actual work posed by the departments related to the procedures for making advances, refunds and payment of expenses were listened to and answered enthusiastically by the staffs and experts of the Finance and Accounting Department. This has helped employees to have more knowledge and skills to properly, fully and accurately carry out the procedures, reduce errors and perform many times.

During the training session, the staffs also frankly discussed inadequacies, proposals in the process of approval and implementation of financial and accounting procedures. In the lead role, the Finance and Accounting Department listened and received comments from relevant departments to perfect the implementation process in the most minimalist way.
