Intracom Group appoints another Vice Director – Restructures the system of Intracom

Attending the appointment was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet – the President of Intracom Group, along with representatives of member companies within the group, and the leaders of Intracom.

From the decision announced, The Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Pham Thanh Huyen as the New Vice Director of Intracom Group. Before receiving this position, Ms. Huyen had dedicated a lengthy journey of her life to working within the company and received many different key positions and contributed greatly to the growth of Intracom.

As a representative of all of Intracom, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet has congratulated and gave the appointment decision to Ms. Pham Thanh Huyen. Also, he shared: that Intracom is facing a major decision to thrive in the future. Our company will focus on three main fields real estate, energy, and finance. We must also restructure our company in terms of HR because high-quality machines can be bought, capital can be financed, but highly skilled people are few and rare. Human resources should be the key to development and leadership brings light to the mission and culture of any company. Intracom needs to follow Buddhist principles, hold executive decisions in high regard, and ensure unity in aspects: competitive and friendly development.

Upon receiving the position of Vice Director, Ms. Pham Thanh Huyen thanked the trust and support from her leaders and all of Intracom. In her new position, Ms.Huyen promises to utilize all of her experience to assist Intracom’s leader in the management and operation of the group. With all her effort, she assures me of generating a professional and dynamic work environment. Ms. Huyen also stresses that the continued support, encouragement, and wisdom of her leaders is what will help accomplish the mission for Intracom.

Along with the program, Mrs. Bui Thi Thoa – Vice Director of Intracom Group gave her words of wisdom to Ms. Huyen: she hopes that Ms. Huyen would be able to spread her positive energy to everyone; share and carry with other leaders to unite the strength, strategy, and wisdom of growth in Intracom’s journey.

Within the 20 years of development, Intracom Group has been met with rapid growth, with tens of member companies across the regions of Vietnam. For the next step in their journey, along with the announcement of the new leader, Intracom sends a message: ready to develop, give opportunities to promising talents, and unafraid of change and the upcoming future. With the belief that Ms. Pham Thanh Huyen would complete her mission in building Intracom to become more influential and stay true to its motto: “Shine with our country”
