The National Innovation Startup Hub in Hanoi was established to concretize the Project on Supporting the National Innovation Startup Ecosystem to 2025 and the Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation Development. innovation until 2030 as approved by the Prime Minister, and at the same time, it shows the cooperation of large corporations to support and promote the development of the national innovative startup ecosystem to go international.

According to the cooperation agreement signed by Mr. Pham Hong Quat, Director of the Department of Market Development and Science and Technology Enterprise and Shark Nguyen Thanh Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of INTRACOM GROUP, the two parties are committed to jointly establishing, developing the National Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship Complex at the Intracom Riverside building; Coordinating the organization of annual events on the contents related to the national innovation and start-up ecosystem with an emphasis on industry and technology; Cooperation in training, development of innovative start-up projects, promotion of investment connection on a national and international scale; To jointly implement projects and on research, transfezr, piloting, testing innovative models, dual-use innovative start-ups serving economic development and ensuring national security; international cooperation in economic development of dual-use technology; researching and developing projects to solve military and civil problems; Cooperation to build the model of Open Innovation Center, National Open Innovation Platform, Digital University of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Multimedia Channel of Open Innovation at Intracom .

Expressing enthusiasm in supporting the promotion of national start-ups, Shark Nguyen Thanh Viet and INTRACOM GROUP will support the operation premises of the Complex at Intracom Riverside building within 4 years with a value of nearly 8 billion VND to NATEC, NSSC established the space of the National Innovation and Startup Complex. Phase 1 of the Complex will deploy functional subdivisions including: Reception area and office to promote the operation of the national ecosystem; Working space, investment connection, joint work and seminars, training; focus on building an international model of open innovation, open creative start-ups connecting with more than 10 countries and territories, annually attracting more than 5 investment funds, international national hubs with prestige, average annual growth of 100-150 innovative start-ups, 20-30 startups capable of raising national capital.
The cooperation agreement between NATEC and INTRACOM GROUP is the beginning of a long-term cooperation process to promote the advantages of the two sides in connecting networks and encouraging innovative start-ups to develop and fulfill their mission. The goal for the innovative start-up community, especially in the context that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is bringing Vietnam to a breakthrough in socio-economic development and deep international integration. Besides, Intracom Riverside is a A office building invested by INTRACOM GROUP located near the foot of Nhat Tan Bridge, Dong Anh. The establishment and placement of a complex in a building with a convenient traffic location, close to the airport and city center, a variety of office types, and modern facilities and amenities is a premise for businesses to develop.
