Intracom always concentrates on employees’ mental health by organizing an annual vacation to praise the employees’ devotion to the development of the corporation. This year, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province is the chosen destination for a 3-day and 2-night trip lasting from June 24th to June 26th. The trip was also an opportunity for each employee to spend time with their family members in the best condition.

Intracom employees would have a chance to go sightseeing all the most famous scenic spots of the city before showing their solidarity and collective strength by taking part in the team building activities at the beach. The Gala Dinner program would be the gathering time to take time off after the dinner. In there, all employees would speak out their stories and exchange their experience in both private life and work, the beauty in Intracom’s own culture.
