The campaign “Born in epidemic time” was launched and implemented by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director of Intracom and Phuong Dong General Hospital and VTV, to call on the community to join hands to protect children during the epidemic Covid-19.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director of Intracom shared: “My grandson is only 2 years old. The boy kept asking his grandfather:” Why do adults wear masks, but babies won’t? ” This question made him contemplate. His opinion about “ time of epidemics like this, besides protecting doctors and medical staffs, protecting children should also be a top priority.” Born in epidemic time “was officially launched and supported and shared by a large number of people all over the country.

Accompanying the campaign “Born in epidemic time” this time is Miss Do My Linh. She said that when working as a beauty queen, she always prioritized voluntary activities for children. That is the reason why Ms. Do My Linh enthusiastically participated in the campaign “Born in the epidemic time” from the early days.

At Phuong Dong General Hospital, Miss Do My Linh wears a visor helmet to prevent drops for newborn babies who have just been born at the hospital. These are specially designed caps for newborn babies, ensuring maximum virus prevention and safety for young children.

On August 27th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet, Phuong Dong General Hospital, and Miss Do My Linh donated 10,000 visor helmets and 300,000 masks according to US medical standards to children at the center of the epidemic as Da Nang, Quang. Nam, Hai Duong, where there are many difficulties in preventing and fighting against the Covid-19 epidemic.

Sharing difficulties with the community is one of Intracom’s regular activities. During the Covid19 pandemic, Intracom was very active in strictly implementing measures to prevent and support anti-epidemic work.
