The surface of the dyke of Thao River is a project constructed by Urban and Industrial Zone Development Joint Stock Company (Udideco), a member unit of Intracom Group.

In the past, Thao river dyke combined with provincial road 320 in the area of ​​Ha Hoa district had low elevation, no guarantee against flood. Many years of high water in the Red River have been overflowing to the dyke, affecting production and people’s lives. Moreover, the old road surface is small, narrow, damaged, degraded, making transportation difficult. Under such a situation, the People’s Committee of Phu Tho province has decided to approve the investment project on construction of high-embankment, widening and hardening of the Thao river dyke.

The surface of the dyke The Thao River is a key project of Phu Tho Province. The project is 42km long, passing through the territory of 3 places, namely Phu Tho town, Thanh Ba district, Ha Hoa district. This is the project invested by the Project Management Unit of Agricultural Construction and Rural Development in Phu Tho Province.

With a total investment of more than 200 billion VND, the surface of the dyke of the Thao River has a strategic meaning in the development of transport infrastructure in Phu Tho province.

Acceptance results show that the project ensures quality, technical and construction progress, timely service of flood and storm prevention, travel needs for people.
