On the morning of November 12, 2016, at the Intracom 2 building, Phuc Dien ward, Bac Liem district, Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the funding agreement for the first phase of the project “Investment construction in Phuong Dong general hospital ” between The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV) – Thanh Tri Branch and Oriental Medical Complex Co.,Ltd. Accordingly, BIDV – Thanh Tri Branch is the Capital Sponsor for the project with the total capital of 662 billion VND.
Attending and witnessing the signing ceremony was the Board of Directors of INTRACOM Company – the main investor of the project.
Phuong Dong General Hospital was built on an area of 9.5 hectares in Co Nhue 2 ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi, Vietnam with the total size of 1000 beds and divided into 2 phases of investment. The Phase I with a scale of 250 beds with a total investment of 946 billion.
Beside the goal of developing high quality healthcare services for high income earners. Every year, the hospital will also dedicate 30% of its profits to bring healthcare services to underprivileged people, policy beneficiaries and low-income people. This is a goal that has been confirmed by the founders and received great support from the Government and the community.
It is expected that the hospital will be put into service in the fourth quarter of 2018. After completion, Phuong Dong General Hospital promises to be a trusted medical center for nearly 180,000 Hanoi residents who demand for high quality health services. Acting for the highest purpose is for the community, serving the society, “Forget yourself for the people”, worthy of the place “Give the faith, bringt to the life”.
